  • Water, White Beans, Wheat Gluten, Tomato Sauce (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, <2% of: Salt, Citric Acid, Calcium Chloride), Cashews, Green Chili, Lemon Juice, White Miso (Whole Soybeans, Rice Koji, Sea Salt, Water, Koji Spores), Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Cider Vinegar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chipotle Pepper, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Black Pepper

  • Stove Top
    (Preferred method for best result)

    Prepare: Heat skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH for 1 minute and add 1 TBSP of your preferred cooking oil: Cut open pouch, break shreds apart, and add to hot skillet. Heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

    Add Sauce: Reduce heat to LOW, pour sauce into skillet, stir shreds to coat with sauce, and simmer for 30 seconds.


    Microwave

    Heat Shreds: Cut open shreds pouch, break shreds apart, and add to the provided tray or microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

    Add Sauce: Pour sauce over shreds, mix thoroughly, and microwave on HIGH for an additional 1-2 minutes.

    CAUTION: Tray and contents will be hot.
